Yoga Teacher
I discovered yoga in 2014 when I began experiencing back pain. A friend recommended a yoga studio, and that experience changed my life. Although I was incredibly stiff at the time and every pose felt like a challenge, I quickly became captivated by the practice. Each session felt like a magical experience, and I couldn’t get enough. In 2015, the horrors of an armed conflict in my home country forced me to leave. I first moved to Denmark, then to China, where I had countless transformative experiences. Throughout it all, my yoga practice remained with me, helping me view challenges not as obstacles but as lessons about the beauty of life, rather than curses meant to punish me. In 2017, I had another life-changing encounter. A knee injury left me facing nine months without yoga, a terrifying thought. Fortunately, I discovered mindfulness meditation, which became a powerful tool in my post-surgery rehabilitation. This practice not only supported my recovery but also enriched my yoga journey, giving me the skills to care for both my body and mind in difficult times. By 2022, I felt the desire to share my experiences, leading me to complete my Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga4Yogi, where skilled instructors helped me deepen and refine my practice. In 2023, I continued my education and became a certified mindfulness teacher. Yoga and mindfulness have truly changed my life, and I am grateful to be on this path—and even more grateful to share it with you.
