Klára Janíčková

Administrator, Distance Learning Director, Nutrition Counsellor, Yoga & Pilates Teacher

If Blanka is the heart and brain of the Yoga4Yogi project, then Klárka, as Blanka’s left hand, is its spinal cord and entire musculoskeletal system. Klárka studied sociology at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Andragogy and Educational Management at the Faculty of Education at the same university. She is a certified yoga instructor accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports (MŠMT) and Yoga Alliance (500h). Additionally, she is a rehabilitation Pilates instructor, therapeutic exercise teacher, dance instructor, and nutrition advisor. Yoga is part of her daily practice, though her yoga journey is still full of twists, turns, and dead ends. She’s not enlightened yet—but it almost feels like she is. If you practice with Klárka, you’ll notice she leans toward a dynamic style, which she brings into her classes. Don’t be surprised if her sessions take the form of Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, or guided Ashtanga Yoga. You’ll primarily interact with Klárka when it comes to distance learning.
